Once you select your preferred card template, you can use our 'Upload Image' button on the product page. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution portraits with clear lighting.
What is the typical production and shipping time?
Each card is custom-made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days, and standard shipping usually arrives within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What materials are the custom cards made from?
Our cards are printed on premium 350gsm cardstock with a high-quality holographic finish to mimic the look and feel of authentic vintage trading cards.
Can I request changes to the card's stats and abilities?
Yes! Every text field on the card is customizable. You can edit the name, HP, type, attacks, and description during the design process.
Do you offer refunds on custom orders?
Because each card is uniquely personalized with your photos and text, we cannot offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error.
